Building and Other Structures Administration Program (1031-1A) – Responsible for repair and maintenance of buildings, improvement of government-owned facilities through provision of electrical, plumbing, construction and janitorial supplies and maintains cleanliness of various  district offices; Renovation of government-owned buildings/structures and facilities (i.e. City Hall, PSSO, old City Health Office, City Archives and Records Office, CTO Warehouse) and other various City Offices (i.e. Magsaysay Park, COA Storage, Cemeteries, Night Market, public schools, Lingap Center, various national offices –AFP, PNP; also helps in the preparation of City Government activities.
